GAME CANCELLATION INFORMATION
For information on game cancellations, call the Recreation Line at (919) 554-6185. When games are cancelled, team managers will receive a call from WFPRD staff (by 4pm) and the Recreation Line recording will be changed. The outgoing message will include the day's date and state that games have been cancelled. If the recording does NOT give the day's date and state that games are cancelled (and instead lists departmental programs and events), proceed to the field where a decision regarding cancellation will be made by the game officials.
