NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CASE NO. ZA-10-01
CONSIDERATION OF AMENDMENTS TO
THE WAKE FOREST ZONING ORDINANCE
The public will take notice that the Wake Forest Planning Board and the Board of Commissioners will hold a joint public hearing on Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wake Forest Town Hall. The purpose of the hearing is to consider amending Article V, Section 23, NB, Neighborhood Business District, Article VII, Section (1)(I). Minimum Parking Requirements, and Article VIII, Section 12.4(B)(8) Shopping Centers of the Wake Forest Zoning Ordinance. Copies of the proposed amendments are on file at the Wake Forest Planning Department and available for public review during business hours.
The public and interested parties should take notice that substantial changes might be made in the advertised proposal reflecting objections, debate, and discussion at the hearing.
The Planning Board will consider this request at its regular, meeting on Tuesday, February 2, 2010 and may make a recommendation to the Board of Commissioners. The Board of Commissioners, at its regular meeting on Tuesday, February 16, 2010, may consider this request and the recommendation of the Planning Board and may, in its discretion, choose to modify it.
