The public will take notice that the Board of Commissioners of the Town of Wake Forest will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on the 21st day of May 2013 in the Board Room at Town Hall on the question of a noncontiguous annexation request petitioned by Peter Nguyen and Lynn K. Luu for the properties located at 1505 & 1509 Jenkins Road comprising 2.05 acres being Wake County Tax Pin Numbers 1831-58-1476 & 1831-58-5083.
LAND DESCRIPTION
Beginning at an existing iron pipe, said iron pipe being located in the southern comer of said property, said point being the Control Comer NAD 83 (NSRS 2011) with coordinates N: 817,863.98 E: 2,135,507.14 said point being the common property comer with now or formerly Jean A and Arleen M. Linzau and Martha Caroline Hess; thence leaving said iron pipe in a northwesterly direction along the common property line with now or formerly Martha Caroline Hess, N 28° 39' 52" W 17.73 feet to an existing iron pipe; thence leaving said pipe continuing in a northwesterly direction along the common property line with now or formerly Michael and Shannon Hresko, N 27° 07' 51" W 143.76 feet to an existing iron pipe; thence leaving said point continuing in a northwesterly direction along the same common property line, N 27" 07' 51" W 70.20 feet to an existing iron pipe; thence leaving said iron pipe in a northwesterly direction along the common property line with now or formerly Andrew J. and Angela C. The public will take notice that the Board of Commissioners of the Town of Wake Forest will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on the 21st day of May 2013 in the Board Room at Town Hall on the question of a contiguous annexation request petitioned by Richard & Linda Linder and Matthew & Margaret Barrick for the properties located in the 4300 Block of Rogers Road (north side) comprising 73.11 acres being Wake County Tax Pin No. 1759-27-1667, 1759-27-9845 & 1759-38-7742.

Beginning at a point in the line of the property of the Educational Information Corporation property located North 52'29'29" East 1463.70 feet from an iron in the center of the right of way of NCSR 2052 marking the southernmost corner of Tract 1 of the Richard Linder property at the corner of the Educational Information Corporation property as described in Deed Book 3331, page 16; thence running with the eastern line of said Tract 1, North 31"06'11" West 1204.8 feet to an iron; thence North 51"26'43" East 521.34 feet to an iron; thence North 62'46'52" East 799.52 feet to an iron in the comer of lots 5 and 6 of the property depicted in Map Book 1987, page 126; thence South 27'50'23" 667.89 feet to an iron; thence South 72'55'55" East 100.19 feet to an iron; thence South 02'06'30" West 299.03 feet to an iron; thence South 70'27'54" East 111.54 feet to an iron; thence South 52'29'29" West 1258.23 feet to the BEGINNING and being Tract 2 of the Richard Linder property according to a survey by Williams-Pearce and Associates, dated June 9, 1995; together with a perpetual right of ingress and egress along a 50 foot wide easement running from NCSR 2052 to the above described Tract along the southernmost boundary line of Tract 1 of the Richard Linder property.
