Carolina Puppet Theatre to make final Renaissance Centre appearance Wednesday

The Wake Forest Renaissance Centre and the Wake Forest community will wish a fond farewell to the Carolina Puppet Theatre on Wednesday, Dec. 6, at 11 a.m.

After over 20 years of entertaining children and their families with fast-paced, interactive performances full of mayhem, Ms. Poly and Ms. Ester, the wacky Gabardine Sisters, are retiring - along with their “super-duper star,” Bartlet. As the saying goes, “all good things must end,” but not before one final show-stopping performance at the Renaissance Centre.

For one last time, Bartlet and Carolina Puppet Theatre’s supporting cast of characters will come to life with engaging personalities and close audience interaction. During the storytelling segment of the show, several children will be selected from the audience to be the stars.

Tickets are $5 per person (plus tax) and can be purchased in advance on the Renaissance Centre website at wakeforestrencen.org or at the Renaissance Centre Box Office, 405 S. Brooks St. On the day of the event, tickets may also be purchased at the door.

This show is geared to children ages 3-7. For more information, visit wakeforestrencen.org or call 919-435-9560.
