Where do I get my electric utilities connected?
If I am a Wake Forest Power electric customer, how do I set up my utility service?
- If you have purchased a home, you may set up service by clicking here or come in to Town Hall with your photo I.D. and a proof of purchase document.
- If you are renting an apartment, we do request you come in to set up service and bring the lease, a photo I.D. and the deposit of $200 or two letters of credit with you.
How much is the deposit for the electric connection?

$200. However, if you have had service in your name for the last 12 months and can obtain two letters of credit, including one from a utility company, the deposit may be waived.
Where do I pay my electric bill?

You can pay your bill in person at the Wake Forest Town Hall, 301 S. Brooks St. However, the Town offers several convenient ways for you to pay your electric bill, including online bill pay. These options are explained at
